Come learn with us!

We know you’re very busy. You have so much on your plate, sometimes it seems as if you don’t have any time for yourself. Your schedule is so hectic, but we want you to join us!

Time for you, and you alone. Parshat Shavua, Halacha or Tanach. An hour or two a week. Each Shiur counts.

In the Gemara (M. Chagiga) , there’s a story about Rav Idi, Rav Ya’akov’s father, who walked for three whole months, for the sake of only one day of learning Torah in the Beit Midrash. The other talmidim made fun of him. They called him “the one-day scholar”, and he was immediately hurt. Rav Yochanan came out of the Beit Midrash and taught his talmidim the pasuk

“ואותי יום יום ידרשון ודעת דרכי יחפצון”. They seek me daily, and delight to know my ways.

He said to them, “Even if you learn Torah one day a year – it’s as if you’ve learnt the whole year.”

We thank our loyal friends of the WBM who’ve been learning with us for many years, and our dedicated supporters who  enable us to provide the women of Efrat & the Gush with meaningful Limud Torah throughout the year.

With God’s will, we will soon be able to see one another once again. Find a Torah time slot in your schedule and please join us!
